Pinot Noir – The James Busby range is inspired by the iconic man himself, having arrived in Australia with vine cuttings that would go on to express the fullest character of the Australian terroir and herald the beginning of a world-class wine culture. This very special ruby red pinot possesses aromas of dark cherry, wild strawberry, and hints of savoury spice on the nose. The palate is open and generous showing black forest fruits and bay leaf with lifted red florals and a subtle amaro herbal character on the finish. It is ideal for cured meats such as salami and prosciutto, as well as soft cheeses.
