2021 The Ancestor is a step up in Premiumisation with the Seven Dials Wines. The Best Barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz from the 2021 Vintage were kept to age another 6 months to develop more complexity and to polish the tannins. Moving up a price bracket we wanted The Ancestor to show the reward for patience in the Winery and being able to show more characters from the amazing vineyards.

A clean and minimalist design, with a vintage touch.
The right elements: brand, organic and Brut Nature, on a matte white background, only decorated with 4 metallic green lines.
